Our Office
CRT Experts is located in historic downtown Leesburg, Virginia, at 4 Cornwall Street NE.
Our office building was built in 1825 and has long been associated with Leesburg’s legal and professional community. In the 1830s, Richard Henderson used the building as his law office while practicing law and serving in Virginia politics. The building later housed other attorneys and professionals, including John Janney, who practiced law at 4 Cornwall Street well into the 1860s.
The building continued to serve as a professional office in later generations. In 1960, William J. Cox, an engineer, purchased the building from the estate of Lilias Janney. In 1998, William B. Hanes, an accomplished attorney, purchased 4 Cornwall Street, where he later established an estate and trust planning law firm, Hanes & Dickerson.
In 2024, Evan Unzelman, founder and CEO of CRT Experts, purchased 4 Cornwall Street from the estate of William B. Hanes.
We are proud of the building’s history and look forward to honoring and preserving it for years to come.
